I'm Nick Borkett, founder of Pelbury, a supply chain consultancy with 13 years' experience building resilient, cost-efficient supply chains for growth-stage electronics and hardware-tech businesses.

My background spans designing and scaling complex supply chain operations across the UK, Europe, and Asia, with particular expertise building manufacturing options across Asia, from qualifying new suppliers to setting up production lines.

I've led multiple new product introduction (NPI) programmes, taking complex, high-tech products from development through to high-volume manufacturing, including launches into regulated markets across IoT infrastructure, LED lighting, and transport ticketing solutions.

I founded Pelbury to bring a hands-on, commercially focused approach to growth-stage businesses navigating scale-up, helping turn supply chains into a driver of resilience, cost reduction, and growth.
